The FastPrep-24™ 5G Referral Program provides $1,000 or $1,000 in consumables reward only if the referred person or lab actually purchases a FastPrep-24™ 5G System and does not return the system. Also, receipt of the $1,000 or $1,000 in consumables award will be provided after 3 months of delivery date of the purchased FastPrep-24 5G™ system in the referred person's lab. This will be provided and reported as 1099 income.
